The Yellow House in List on Sylt is idyllically situated in the Westerheide—nestled in the beautiful dune landscape and surrounded by peaceful, rural nature. This charming semi-detached house, built in the traditional Sylt style, exudes the unique character of an old Frisian house and, with its cozy atmosphere, invites you to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

The accommodation spans two floors with a total of 64 m² of living space. There are three rooms available, accommodating up to three people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom provide ample space for families, couples, or small travel groups.

The large garden with a terrace, patio furniture, and a lawn for sunbathing is particularly charming—perfect for enjoying the fresh North Sea air. The magnificent dune landscape begins right next door, inviting you to take long walks. The beach is also only about 500 meters away.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and numerous kitchen utensils. A Nespresso machine, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided. At the cozy dining table, you can enjoy meals together and wind down at the end of the day. In the living room, a sofa area, TV, and Wi-Fi invite you to relax. The house features gray-mottled carpet, which adds to its cozy atmosphere.

The bathroom includes a shower and bathtub, a toilet, a sink, and a makeup mirror. A private parking space is available right next to the house.

Families will also feel right at home here: children and babies are warmly welcome. A high chair and a crib are provided. Books and a small starter kit ensure a pleasant start to your vacation.

Especially convenient for larger families or groups of friends: The Yellow House can be directly connected to the Blue House via a connecting door. This creates a spacious shared vacation home with plenty of room to enjoy your vacation together—yet still offers enough privacy for everyone. Feel free to contact us to book both houses together.

Restaurants, shopping, and attractions are easily accessible by car or public transportation. Pets are also welcome (maximum of two).
