The Black Pearl vacation home in List on Sylt combines spacious accommodations with high-quality amenities and an attractive location in the north of the island. With 155 m² (Sylt measurement) of living space, this 5-star vacation home accommodates up to six people and is ideal for families, trips with friends, or a comfortable stay for multiple generations. Pets are also welcome.

The property spans the lower and upper ground floors and features a well-thought-out floor plan. In total, there are three bedrooms, four rooms in all, three bathrooms, and an additional walk-in closet. The open-concept living area, featuring a cozy sofa nook and TV, invites you to relax and unwind. Three TVs and digital TV provide additional comfort. Thanks to Wi-Fi with speeds starting at 100 Mbit/s, even extended periods of working from home are no problem. Our absolute favorite spot is the corner bay window with a built-in bench—perfect for relaxing and leaning back.

The modern, open-concept kitchen offers everything you need for a perfect evening of cooking. It features, among other things, an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, wine refrigerator, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The amenities are rounded out by a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a Nespresso espresso machine. The adjacent dining area with a dining table creates the perfect setting for shared meals.

The private Finnish sauna with an adjoining shower offers special moments of relaxation, while the underfloor heating throughout the house ensures a comfortable indoor climate. The bathrooms are high-end and feature two walk-in showers as well as a bathtub. These are complemented by modern sinks, toilets, mirrors, makeup mirrors, and hair dryers. Bedding, towels, and a starter kit are already included.

The vacation home is also well-equipped for longer stays: a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are available. For families with small children, a crib and a high chair are also available; please request these in advance.

The outdoor area features a terrace, a garden, and comfortable patio furniture.
