The large garden (1600 sqm) with 3 terraces and the elevated location offer maximum privacy and tranquility. Nevertheless, you are within walking distance to the center of List, where you will find everything for your daily needs as well as restaurants, doctors, etc.. The beach is also only 700 m away and can be reached quickly with the house's own handcart or scooters, even for smaller children. The house has been freshly renovated in 2019. There are 3 bedrooms (1x is under the gable and is an open room with access of a staircase) , 2 bathrooms, a guest WC, a cozy eat-in kitchen, a tiled stove and wooden floors. A car parking space is available on the property.
