A warm welcome to our Meerzeit apartment!<br><br>This bright and cheerfully furnished apartment on the 2nd floor is easily accessible by elevator. <br>It’s located just about 200 meters from Oststrand Beach. The Lister Markt, with restaurants, shops, a pastry shop, and an EDEKA supermarket, is just around the corner. Lister Harbor, with its shopping and dining options, is also just a short 15-minute walk away across the dike. The apartment accommodates 4 people in 80 m². With the living room, an open kitchen, and a large sleeping loft, nothing stands in the way of cozy evenings or days spent indoors when the weather’s bad.<br><br>The bedroom is spacious, equipped with a box-spring bed, and offers plenty of storage space as well as a second smart TV for cozy TV nights in bed. Another bedroom is located on the apartment’s loft.<br>The bathroom, featuring a rain shower, is modern and inviting—perfect for a great start to the day. <br>Garden furniture is available on the beautiful balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun. Unfortunately, barbecuing with a charcoal or gas grill is not permitted. <br><br>Upon request, you can book additional amenities such as a newspaper or bread roll delivery service.
