Already since 2004 I have been able to welcome you as a holiday guest in the traditional house, and therefore I know how much you feel connected to this location. So I am all the more pleased to welcome you to the new building with three separate holiday homes. Look forward to a cozy holiday home with the best equipment - and in a lovely, familiar environment. After all, the former fishing village of List with its small harbor, the old village center and the immediate proximity to the Wadden Sea is the ideal location for a leisurely break from hectic everyday life. The house offers 135 square meters of living space for up to 6 people. The comfortable accommodation integrates a generous living room and three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living area on the ground floor is adjoined by an open kitchen. A special feature: The accommodation is fully built on a cellar. In the basement are one of the three bedrooms, a utility room and a full bath. Two more shower rooms are located on the upper floors. The holiday home has a terrace, a garden house with bicycles and a parking space.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
