The Niccone Valley is a central base for visiting cities in Umbria and Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, Cortona, and Assisi. It is a wonderful place to spend a holiday, as it is a combination of beautiful landscapes, castle ruins, vineyards, olive trees, hills, and forests. The village, with a supermarket, a shop, and a restaurant, is 3 km away. Lake Trasimeno is located 20 km away.

The houses have been completely renovated, preserving the tiles and the wooden ceiling beams. The estate features a spacious garden with a swimming pool, overlooking a beautiful small lake. In the spacious garden, you can relax and read a book while enjoying a glass of local wine.
