"A wonderful get away near a lake. Everything you need for a relxing vacation. The heated floor in the bathroom was perfect for a cold winter night. The living room was comfortable. We loved the projector screen and being able to watch Netflix on the big screen. The only improvement I would suggest, is to put a small microwave in the kitchen. All in all, a great place to stay and enjoy the Windham/Portland area! "

"It was a modest, but extremely comfortable and workable set up. My wife and I have two dogs, and this worked out very well. There is a hard floor with rugs, which made cleaning very easy. "Please listen closely!! If you pass this place up, I truly feel sorry for you. I am on a first time adventure to Maine from Indiana and this is my FAVORITE place stay of ALL TIME. I wish I had done my homework and planned more time at Desert of Maine. Our cabin was cozy after a nice evening by the fire. Loved the shower!!
