This spacious apartment has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay, making it the perfect base for families, friends, or business travellers visiting Lisbon.

Step into the welcoming living room, where a plush sectional sofa invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy your favorite shows on the TV or gather around the dining table for a meal filled with laughter and conversation. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and contemporary appliances, including a dishwasher, making meal preparation effortless. With ample counter space and a bright, functional layout, it's the perfect place to prepare everything from breakfast to family dinners.

The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, and soft lighting to ensure restful nights. One of the bedrooms also includes a desk and chair, ideal for remote work or planning your adventures around the city. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom features a refreshing shower, fresh towels, and storage space for your toiletries, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire apartment located on the 2nd floor. Please note there is no elevator, so be prepared for a brief climb to this charming retreat.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-connected apartment in Lisbon, located in the traditional Penha de França district, just a few minutes from the historic city center. Guests can easily explore some of Lisbon's most iconic neighborhoods, including Alfama, Graça, and Baixa, all known for their charming streets, viewpoints, and authentic atmosphere.

The apartment is also close to several of Lisbon's famous miradouros, such as Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and Miradouro da Graça, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the city.

With excellent public transport connections, as well as nearby cafés, restaurants, and local shops, it's the perfect base for discovering Lisbon's history, culture, gastronomy, and vibrant atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

As Madeira does not have a railway network, transportation is primarily provided by buses, taxis, and car hire.

The nearest bus stop is just a 2–3 minute walk from the property, with regular connections to Funchal city centre, the Old Town, and other areas of the island.

Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport (FNC) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
