In this new normality, our mission is no longer just to give the best but also the safest experience you can find in Lisbon. In accordance with the Clean & Safe seal of Portugal`s Tourism Board and the guidelines of the Directorate General of Health, we are committed not only to the best and most careful cleaning and disinfection of the flats but also to a series of services that you can enjoy in the comfort of your flat without taking risks you think unnecessary. After seeing the many families, routines, businesses and local economies destroyed, our focus is on keeping everything and everyone working as before, holding the boat in the middle of this great storm and contributing to lifting our neighbourhood, our city and our country! Our commitment:

Cleaning - Professional and in accordance with the rules of the Directorate General of Health, using not only all the necessary protection (Mask and Gloves) but also disinfectant products in the recommended proportions for greater safety for all.

Check-In - Our check-in will remain in person so that we can give all the support that guests need but will be quick and effective with all the necessary security equipment. All information will be visible inside the flat and remotely through our team available 24/7.

Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find first day masks. We also have these and other products available at cost for additional security.

Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem enough at this time so we want more and will do our best for your comfort. If you don`t want to use the online tools available, our Fill Your Fridge service allows you to arrive with whatever you want in the fridge from our local partners and avoid unnecessary travel. Please contact us for more information. We also have mobility partnerships from the airport and to wherever you want in Lisbon and Portugal to make your holidays easier and more comfortable.

Upon arrival at the flat, you will have a welcome gift waiting for you, with one of our famous wines from the Tejo region!

*Covid 19: Uber + Unilabs*
In Lisbon, Uber makes available through the app, the request of a test to Covid-19.

This service was developed in partnership with Unilabs, one of the reference laboratories in Portugal.

With this option, users may choose the comfort and safety of their home to perform a Covid-19 test.
A certified Unilabs technician will travel to the user`s location, wearing personal protective equipment to collect the sample.

Unilabs offers two Covid-19 testing options through the Uber app: PCR testing and rapid detection antigen testing. The PCR test costs 125€ with a result delivery within 24 hours after collection. The Antigen test, a test with a lower sensitivity but with faster results - results given in 15 minutes - has a cost of 50€ and report delivery within 4 hours after collection.
As an easygoing host, I don`t have many rules. All I ask is that you treat the flat as if it were your own. We want you to have a good time in Lisbon and if you need any help we`re available and as such there is only one rule: please leave the flat as you found it! Please also note that late check-in fees may apply after 21h00.
