Opened in May 2023, this Edra Retreats home was designed for group getaways and company retreats. With a pool, fireplace, jacuzzi, and co-work area, it’s close to both beach and city. Ideal for large groups—but no parties, no outdoor noise after 22h00, and no music by the pool.

The Space:
The capacity of common space:
>> Indoor dining: 14 people
>> Outdoor dining: 16 people + 4 bar seats
>> Co-working area: 3 fixed desks + 2 portable desks – up to 9 people with a desk
>> Living room seating: 14 people (comfortable) to 22 people (cozy)
>> Jacuzzi: 5 people

Bedrooms:
The house has 6 bedrooms and 9 divisions. Three of the bedrooms are split into two rooms. This means you have more privacy, but less space in some of these rooms (the photos make the rooms look larger than they actually are). The three internal rooms (no windows) are well-ventilated and have two doors – one door to the adjoining room and one door to the hallway.

Airconditioning & Heating:
The house has air conditioning in four (4) bedrooms (the one on the top floor) and in the living room. The remaining 5 rooms have fans.

The house stays pretty cool in the summer except on the top floor that has AC in all the rooms.

For winter, we have central heating throughout the house and a heated jacuzzi.

Guest Access:
Your group is given a virtual key to enter the house.

The Neighborhood:
Welcome to Paço de Arcos, the neighbourhood where serenity meets charm! Paço d'Arcos is not just a hidden gem itself; it's also the perfect launchpad for exploring the wider region. Hop on a train or take a quick drive to Lisbon. Or venture westward to the charming town of Cascais, famous for its beautiful beaches, picturesque marina, and mouthwatering seafood restaurants.

Within a 2-minute walk of the house, there are two neighborhood pastelarias (cafe/ bakery). Within a 10-minute walk, you have more local commerce. Keep in mind that the house is on top of a hill so getting to the shops is a breeze, but returning will leave you a tad out of breath (Ubers are very easy to catch in this zone).

The neighbourhood is quiet and residential (it's where actual locals live) which is why we are so strict on noise and parties.

The house is optimized for a city holiday as well as a beach holiday.
