The apartment is situated where the annual "Santos Populares" celebrations occur in June. Please note that this area can become quite lively, and you should anticipate noise.

￫ Building
The apartment is on the first floor of a building with no elevator, located on top of Lisbon's highest hill! It is ideal for for families or groups of friends looking for some nice days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and amazing viewpoints within a walking distance.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms:
The main one has an en suite bathroom with a double bed and air conditioning; the second one, an interior bedroom (has a window to the living room) has a double-bed and the third one features a single bed. Second and Third bedrooms do not have AC.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms with shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room has smart TV, a comfortable sofa, air conditioner and beautiful decoration.

￫ Dining Room
The apartment has a dining area, equipped with air conditioner, facing a green area where you can enjoy all the tranquility and privacy you need, you can be sure that you will start the day well!

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The neighborhood of Graça is an old parish of Lisbon situated on the highest of Lisbon's seven hills.
This neighborhood saw its habitants grow after the fateful earthquake of 1755 that made it unique and beautiful. Picturesque and quite different by its views, large buildings with two of the best viewpoints of Lisbon, recently renovated like the Miradouro da Graça and Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, is located next to the iconic São Jorge Castle, known for the wonderful views that provides.

Known for its ups and downs, we recommend comfortable shoes.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Metro
The cheapest is, by far, the metro with a trip between the 25 and the 30 minutes. The nearest metro station is Santa Apolónia.

￫ Car
If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

Please note, that there's little free parking in the area.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
