- Building
This spacious apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building in a residential area, ideal for families and groups of friends, as well as for business trips, given its proximity to Lisbon Airport. Street parking is available, subject to availability and paid. Telheiras, characterized by typical buildings from the 1980s, is a quiet area, perfect for those who want to explore Lisbon without sacrificing the tranquility of a peripheral neighborhood. As it is an older building, it has some unique characteristics of its age, such as a greater propensity for humidity and characteristic odors.

- Living Room
With classic decor and plenty of natural light, the living room features a TV, air conditioning, a seating area with comfortable sofas, and a dining table for 6 people.

- Bedrooms
The space includes 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds (which can be converted into a double bed). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort in any season.

- Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms: one complete with a bathtub and a guest bathroom.

- Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine (coffee not included), and a washing machine and dishwasher.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Telheiras is among the best examples of urban planning. Developed in the 1970s, the design revolves around open, leafy streets and architecture, which are geometric and harmonious. As a result, this residential neighborhood has modern buildings with good natural light and many parks.
Safe, quiet and friendly, the area has a strong sense of community as the neighbors greet each other in cafes and shops. Accessibility is a strong point for Telheiras, with wide roads that lead to major highways, as well as several public transportation options, from metro to buses. People cheer the sidewalks, attracted by the diversity of shops that cater to all basic needs, from grocery stores to bakeries and news agencies. Services vary from catering to real estate, banks and salons. One of the most well-known streets is Professor João Barreira Street, known as 'Rua dos Cafés', which attracts more people to the area on weekends and evenings. The Orlando Ribeiro Municipal Library, housed in an 18th-century mansion dedicated to travel, is well worth a visit.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Metro
The cheapest is, by far, the metro with a trip between the 25 and the 30 minutes. The nearest metro station (Telheiras) is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

￫ Cars
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get in the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, please contact us so we can provide a Transfer service to pick you up at the airport (subject to an extra cost).

Please note, that there's little free parking in the area.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
