Cleaning is included in the price of your stay. Before each guest checks-in, the apartment undergoes a deep cleaning to ensure everything is fresh and spotless. You’ll find that all beddings and towels are fresh and ready for your comfort. For extended stays, we’re happy to provide additional cleaning services, but please note that these must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

In accordance with Portuguese regulations, we kindly ask to take a photo of the main guest’s ID and complete a short check-in form. We’ll give you a brief tour of the apartment, hand over the keys, and—if you'd like—offer a friendly introduction to Lisbon, with tips on what to see, where to eat, and how to get around. At check-out, we’ll meet you again for a quick and courteous walkthrough and to collect the keys. We're here to make your stay as welcoming and easy as possible!
