This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment has beautiful views over the typical Portuguese style villas and rooftops from every room. Enjoy sea views from the master bedroom, watch the clouds rolling over the beautiful Sintra mountains in the second or wake up and roll out to the balcony from the third and enjoy the morning sun while watching the sun rise over the bay. The final bedroom, privately tucked away in its own studio space, boasts views over the Sintra mountains with its own private bathroom, kitchenette, dining and seating area.

Located in the heart of Estoril, the property is well-served by public transport. The Estoril Train Station is just a 12-minute walk away, offering easy access to Lisbon and the coastal towns along the way. Several bus stops are also nearby, providing convenient routes to explore Estoril and its surrounding areas. For those who prefer driving, the A5 motorway is within easy reach, allowing for quick trips to Lisbon and Cascais. All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay.

Tourist Tax
A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date.
The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt.
You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law.

Accommodation Details
All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide:
- All beds made with fresh linen and towels
- Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days)
- If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked.

Additional Services
- Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance.

House Rules
- No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise.
- Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time.
- No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency.
- No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.
