PG Beach House is one of only two independent villas that make up this boutique oceanfront property — a discreet, low-density estate right in front of Praia Grande.

Each villa is completely self-contained, with its own private entrance, own heated pool, own garden, and own terraces. There are no shared spaces — indoor or outdoor — between the two homes, and guests of one villa never cross paths with guests of the other. Guests of PG Beach House enjoy the upper villa in its entirety, arriving and leaving through their own gate.

This layout offers the best of both worlds: the space, privacy, and exclusivity of a standalone villa, combined with the peace of mind of a well-kept, professionally maintained small estate.
