The train station is only a 2-minute walk away, making travel to Lisbon and Cascais very easy.

The area of ​​Santo Amaro de Oeiras is very well located, being just a few minutes from Lisbon and Cascais, the huge beach of Santo Amaro de Oeiras is 3 minutes walk and the train is only 2 minutes.

In the immediate vicinity there is supermarket and several restaurants, as well as petrol pump and large gardens.

The historic center of the village, with its noble palaces, museums and Jardim do Marquês de Pombal, is about a 5-minute walk away.

The Great Maritime Tour from Oeiras to Caxias and the Yacht Marina are also very close.

The Costa del Sol, with its 15 remarkable beaches stretching for 30 km, starts right in front of the apartment.

CHECKINHOME advises that the declaration of entry of foreign citizens to the SEF entering the country through a border not subject to control, coming from another Member State, is obligatory through delivery of Accommodation Bulletins.

CHECKINHOME must make this communication, but for this purpose it is mandatory to present an identification document, such as a passport or identity card and the following data:
- City where you born
- City where you live
- City where the passport was issued

The deadline for delivery of these bulletins is three working days, both for entry and exit of the foreign citizen. The deadline shall be for full days from the date of the accommodation or the departure, irrespective of the time at which the registration was made.

It is not compulsory to fill out and sign personal notes for both spouses and accompanying minors, as well as for all members of a travel group, and this obligation may be fulfilled by one of the spouses or by a member of that group.

The display of the identification and the registration of the data are obligatory to allow the lodging.

The personal data provided will be treated in full confidentiality.

In case checkin time is after 8h00pm / 20h00, there is a late checkin fee of 15euros (to be paid in cash during checkin).

In case there is transfer, this late checkin fee is included in the price of transfer.
