Overall good, however there were minor inconveniences. No cleaning in the room, not even every three days like most hotels. If you want it cleaned you must pay a fee. Room itself has quite thin walls/windows. Was on the third floor and could hear the road/cars at night. Someone was also drilling and hammering every single day, starting as early at 8am, which woke us up every day. Probably not Numa’s fault, just an inconvenience being near residential properties. To get more towels you also need to go down to the laundry room to get more, we went down and there was none. I sent a message to Numa and there was no response. Suddenly when we came home later that night, it seemed like someone has been inside and given us towels. I found this quite odd to not inform us that someone is coming - just feels strange to feel like someone has been inside the room without being informed. Lastly, have always been untrusting of storage lockers for places like this where there is no human interaction for any help. On our last day, our luggage got locked in the storage locker as it wouldn’t accept our code. It was really distressing trying to find a way to contact Numa when the only option is to message on WhatsApp to a bot, going through so many prompts to finally reach a real human. It was resolved within 30 minutes because I asked for someone ASAP after they asked how long I can wait. Super distressing as we feared we would be late for our flight.
