The kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, small fridge, and all essential cookware and cutlery, everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease.

The serene bedroom features a plush queen-size bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights throughout your stay.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Nestled between the vibrant Bairro Alto and elegant Príncipe Real, this property offers an ideal base for exploring Lisbon. Just a short walk from Rossio Station, Restauradores metro, and the iconic Glória Funicular, it’s also steps from the stunning Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara.

The area is well-served with local grocers, bakeries, and larger supermarkets—all within a 7-minute walk.
Within two blocks, you’ll find Bairro Alto’s lively bars, while a five-minute stroll up Rua Dom Pedro V brings you to Príncipe Real’s charming cafés, gelaterias, and its popular Saturday organic market.

For green escapes, Jardim do Príncipe Real is just 450 m away, and Chiado’s theatres and the riverside are easily reached by tram. Historic landmarks like Palácio Paiva de Andrade and the Convento de São Pedro de Alcântara lend the neighbourhood a distinct old-Lisbon charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Restauradores, is just an 11-minute walk.

The nearest train station, Lisboa Rossio, is just an 11-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
