This beautiful apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional building and accessible via a steep flight of stairs which can be challenging for those with mobility issues. It is a refurbished unit with plenty of sunlight and an open living space with beautiful rooftop views of the surrounding area. Make yourself at home and lounge on the sofa while watching your favourite TV shows, or cook a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. At the same time, enjoy the complimentary coffee provided over the dining table that centres the space.

The apartment is composed of two bedrooms fitted with double beds and storage. Hotel-quality linens are provided for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has everything you'll need, such as a toilet, a shower and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will be provided for your convenience.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Explore the beautiful neighbourhood of the typical Mouraria! Mouraria is the perfect place to visit with its cobblestoned streets, vibrant culture,  and breathtaking scenery. Experience the city's historical attractions, such as the Castelo de S. Jorge, the Santa Justa Lift, the Praça Luís de Camões, the Lisbon Cathedral, the Arco da Rua Augusta,  and the National Pantheon. Stroll through the Mercado de Santa Clara, a colourful marketplace filled with exotic goods, or take a relaxing walk through the Botanical Garden of Lisbon. Travel is easy with the Martim Moniz and Rossio stations only a few minutes away. When you're done exploring, take a break and visit one of the many restaurants and bars in the area, like the Hard Rock Cafe, Trindade, The Great American Disaster, or Sacramento do Chiado.

Many of the area's attractions are within easy walking distance. 5 minutes walking from Metro Martim Moniz or Rossio. You can easily access other city areas, such as the historic Alfama district and the famous Bairro Alto neighbourhood. Taxis and services like Uber are also readily available in the area, making it easy to get around. Some top sites to check out in the area include the Miradouro da Nossa Senhora do Monte, the Convento da Graça, and the Feira da Ladra flea market.

The best is to walk : 10 min max from Praça de comércio, Rossio and Miradouro da Graça.

The distance between Lisbon Portela Airport and Mouraria depends on traffic conditions and the route taken, but it is approximately 7 kilometres (4.3 miles) by car. The journey should take 15-20 minutes by taxi or private car, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

During June : my flat is in the middle of where the "Festas de Santo Antonio" is taking place, it's really great to enjoy it but noisy.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
