This delightful 89 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 5th floor and has a lift access.

The living and kitchen areas are open and vibrant, creating a welcoming space for guests. The living area offers a cozy sitting space with a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city.

The kitchen is designed for both cooking and socializing, fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and a dining table for shared meals. A dishwasher and washing machine add extra convenience to your stay.

The property features two inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning, and plenty of storage. The second bedroom offers two cozy single beds, ample wardrobe space, and a washing machine for added ease.

A complete bathroom and a service one in the hallway with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Santa Maria dos Olivais, located in Lisbon, blends history with modern attractions, offering visitors a unique experience. Once a rural area, it has transformed into a dynamic neighborhood known for its proximity to Parque das Nações, home to the iconic Oceanário de Lisboa, cable cars, and scenic riverside walks. The area also features Vasco da Gama Shopping Center, perfect for dining and shopping, and the striking Gare do Oriente, a masterpiece of contemporary architecture.

Beyond its modern side, Santa Maria dos Olivais preserves a rich heritage, with landmarks such as the Church of Santa Maria dos Olivais and quiet green spaces like Vale do Silêncio Park. With easy access to Lisbon’s city center and a mix of cultural and leisure activities, this neighborhood offers an ideal balance between tradition and modernity for travelers looking to explore a different side of the capital.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The two nearest train stations, Lisboa Oriente and Moscavide, are just 700 meters away.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 5-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
