This delightful 49m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift access.

It is designed with vibrant and modern areas, white-painted furniture, and tall windows that provide a beach ambience and natural light. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. Right next to it is a comfortable double bed to ensure a good night's sleep.

The kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a charming dining table to share meals right beside it.

We have a single sofa that can be used to sleep small children. Talk to us if you're bringing the little ones.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Guests can enjoy the lovely sunroom with its big windows and cosy armchairs, it's the perfect place for a morning coffee or a good conversation at sunset.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Avenida Aida, located in the heart of Estoril, is a charming avenue that blends cultural landmarks and seaside leisure. One of its most notable attractions is the Casino Estoril, renowned as one of Europe's largest casinos. This historic venue not only offers gaming but also hosts art exhibitions and live performances, contributing to the area's vibrant cultural scene. Just a short walk from the avenue is Praia do Tamariz, a popular beach destination where visitors can enjoy the sun and the Atlantic waters.

The avenue is also home to several accommodations that cater to tourists seeking comfort and proximity to key attractions. For instance, the area offers modern hotels and guesthouses near the casino and the beach. Additionally, Avenida Aida provides easy access to other points of interest in Estoril, making it an ideal base for exploring the region's cultural, culinary, and coastal experiences.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Estoril, is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
