Large (150m2/1600 ft), 4 bedroom, fully renovated, stylish apartment located in an ideal location to explore Lisbon. The apartment is located steps from Jardim das Amoreiras, one of Lisbon’s most beautiful and charming garden squares. A few steps further will spill you onto Principe Real, Avenida da Liberdade, or the iconic nº24 Tram, which will take you to the old town, Baixa and Chiado.

The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, with all Lisbon has to offer outside your front door. An ideal apartment for families or professionals wishing to explore our historic city.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

One of the best locations in the heart of Lisbon- Close to Jardim das Amoreiras, Parque VII, Avenida de Liberdade, Principe real, 2 metro stops at less than 5 mins (Marques de Pombal & Lago do Rato)- many wonderful restaurants on the street (Patio Bagatella, Forno D'or, Leiterria, Casa de Comida)/close by.

Closest Stations: Rato and Marquês de Pombal at 5 mins or less walking; no 24 Tram.

Prior to your arrival, we will send you check-in options and where to collect the keys. Please note that check-in at the property with an agent has a cost of € 10, subject to availability.

For first time use, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish detergent and garbage bag. If you need extra cleaning or linen, please let us know , we will be happy to arrange it for an additional charge.

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. Should our staff find any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, etc.)

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use of utilities policy will apply with a limit of €80 included.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: cleaning fee.
Extra linen: 30€ (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
