Pontos positivos: Limpeza
Pros: We liked the great location, small view of the water, elevator, and the large open space to see the skyline. We were very close to the metro, trains, and trams, and it was easy to walk into town. Everything was clean and the beds were firm but comfortable. The washing machine was supplied with a box of laundry tablets, which was helpful for our stay. You can use the drying rack (no dryer).Cons: We stayed 4 nights with 4 people. As the other reviews mentioned, there are only a few shampoo packets provided for your stay, so bring your own shower supplies. We were only given minimal cleaning items (only one dishwasher tab and no extra garbage bags) so it is difficult to keep the kitchen clean. I don’t know why they don’t give more cleaning supplies. There were zero cooking basics (no salt, oil, pepper or even a bit of tea/coffee) so bring your own. No numbers/labels on the apartment door so it was tricky to figure out which one it was at check in - this could be an easy fix with better communication or a door number. A few maintenance items: Several outlets were not working, and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Of note: You are three floors up but there is still a lot of noise at night from the bars (even during the Christmas holidays) so I recommend earplugs and a white noise app if you are a light sleeper. The building is across from two different buildings that are under construction. One of them was actively hammering in the day but the noise was minimal.
