  • Apartamento maravilhoso, charmoso e muito elegante, localizado num prédio recentemente reformado, no pitoresco bairro de Alfama. Este é sem dúvida o lugar perfeito para ficar. Alfama é um dos bairros mais antigos de Lisboa. Ele sobreviveu ao grande terramoto (1755), por isso é genuíno, pois a maioria dos prédios e ruas são os mesmos de muitos anos atrás.
    Este apartamento está situado no primeiro andar de um prédio totalmente reformado e é composto por dois quartos (4 camas de solteiro), sala de estar / jantar com A / C (com opção de aquecimento), cozinha totalmente equipada e 2 WC / banheiro (um com chuveiro e outro com banheira). Acomoda até 4 pessoas. Um dos quartos e cozinha têm acesso a um terraço privado. Lençóis e toalhas estão incluídas, bem como pratos, secador de cabelo, ferro de engomar, etc.

    Fica a uma curta distância do centro da cidade (Baixa), do Castelo de São Jorge, dos belos miradouros das Portas do Sol, da Graça e da Senhora do Monte, do famoso mercado de rua - Feira da Ladra e do lendário elétrico nº 28. Fica a três minutos da estação de comboio / metro Santa Apolónia, encontrará, também, alguns bancos e uma farmácia nos arredores. No bairro, existem vários restaurantes típicos com fado, muitos pequenos cafés, bares e lojas locais.

    Estamos aqui para fornecer todos os conselhos para uma estadia agradável e faremos o possível para ajudar em qualquer coisa que possa precisar!

    - Durante o mês de junho, Lisboa celebra com festas de rua em Alfama (particularmente os dias 12, 13 e 14 de junho). Estes duram até às 2 da manhã de quinta a domingo e as ruas estão cheias de barracas que vendem Sardinhas Grelhadas, Sangria, Vinho e Cerveja. Se gosta de uma boa festa de rua, onde pode sentir toda a atmosfera tradicional destas importantes celebrações, este é realmente o melhor lugar para se estar. Se procura umas férias tranquilas, este não é o lugar para ficar durante esse período.

    - O check-in entre as 21h00 e as 23h00 tem uma taxa de 20€. Entre as 23h00 e as 01h00, a taxa é de 30€.

Gorgeous apartment in the Alfama Neighborhood of Lisbon

Juan was a wonderful host. The apartment was quite lovely. Also, it's very conveniently located in Alfama with an excellent cafe across the street.

Great apartment in good location

Wonderful stay. Recommend the first day out to follow The tram tracks down to the waterfront. This will be the easiest route back. Fantastic coffee cafe across the street. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect quiet location

Easy to walk to attractions and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Slept in until noon one day, that is how peaceful this area is. Management met us upon arrive and hung out for awhile for another traveler to join our group. Very kind and patient.

Alfarma at it’s best

The four day stay was very comfortable and well appointed. The location was superb for just walking out or for transport links to the wider city. There were taxis up to the front door as well as a tram stop only meters away. In the near community were small bars, coffee shop and restaurants. An excellent place to stay to explore Lisbon.

Great base for enjoying Lisbon

This is a lovely property. It's laid out so well. The terrace in the back is cozy. The bedrooms are quiet. The living room is very comfortable -- and large enough for us all to stretch out at the end of the day. I highly recommend this place.

Everything as Described!

We loved the location. So close to everything you would need. Communication was excellent and entry was easy. Place was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Big kitchen and livingroom. Tram 28 on our doorstep and an excellent coffee shop across the street You will not be disappointed!

Superbe !

Appartement superbe situé dans la vieille ville, très typique et plus calme. Séjour avec 2 ados, il y a 2 chambres et 2 sdb/wc, tout est impécable et propre, le confort aussi. ET l'accueil, royal ! Juan et sa nièce sont aux petits soins, nous avons été accueillis avec les fameuses pâtisseries ! Absolument adorables et disponibles ! Je recommande !

Great location. Easy to get around.

Copenhagen Coffee Lab across the street was amazing. The trolleys are right outside the door… so it can be noisy if that bothers you… it didn’t bother us. Unit is well appointed. Could have used a few more towels for our 5 night stay. Check in was easy and all of our contact with owner/manager was very positive. We had no issues with anything in the unit. Great stay.

Old town location

The apartment was fine and large enough for two couples, but could be managed better. A number of items were broken or needed repair, but were fixed during our stay. A binder with instructions and useful information would have been helpful.

Great location in Alfama

The apartment is a lovely spacious place that is close to many great restaurants and sites in Lisbon. Our only issue was that we didn’t have quite enough information about the area and the workings of the apartment and had to fumble around a bit. The AC didn’t work in the living room and the washing machine was very difficult to operate. Other than that, we loved the place!

The beds are the most uncomfortable beds that exist. They feel like you are sleeping on the floor. No one in our group had a good nights sleep. We checked in after 7pm and after a late dinner we returned to the place to discover the terrible status of the beds. My wife tried to sleep on the bed, but moved to the sofa in the living room after a few minutes. She stated that she could not stay here as she would not get any sleep. We immediately messaged the host on the VRBO app to let him know the problem. No response. We then found a new place to stay and let him know we were leaving the next day. Again, no response. At this point in was after midnight and were stuck there. The only way I was able to get any sleep was to lay four pillows across the bed to provide some level of cushioning. We messaged the host again the next morning and told him that it was a shame that the mattresses were so terrible as the rest of the place seemed nice. Again, no response. We messaged him again at 3pm the next day to let him know we were checking out. He responded this time with "Where are the keys?" Obviously, he had no concern for what we had gone through. We have rented many properties around the world and have never encountered issues with the beds. This is the only property we have ever had to leave before our checkout date.

Great location

This was a great property for my family and I. We were four adults and the apartment was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony. The air conditioning in the rooms was a big plus as we were there in August. Juan was great in communicating with us before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Spacious Apartment in a picturesque district.

The apt was clean and spacious. It contained everything we needed for 2 couples for 5 nights. The tram 28 passed right in front and the metro was a 10 minute walk downhill. Even though we were in the heart of the Alfama district, the apt was relatively quiet. We really appreciated the terrace off the kitchen for sitting and reading or hanging out our clothes. The air conditioning worked very well. The only I suggestion I have is to supply and extra light sheet for each bed for those of us who don’t care to sleep with the a/c on. We would highly recommend this apt to others.

Excellent property, strategically located in the center of Alfama

First of all, it is how is shown in the pictures. Or better. Delivered very clean, and everything was working, The only think that you need for the first night, either beer/wine or milk, for the next morning. Which you can get 50 m from there. Be careful when you open the door the first time you leave the premises. You may find the trolley #28, the famous, running in front of the building. An amazing experience! It happened to us. You can get to any Alfama location within 15 minutes wallk. You can get downtown within 25 minutes walk. We were 4 adults and stayed 4 days. With all the features you can stay way longer: has a washer machine and can hang clothes outside in the private patio. Don't want to do dishes? Has a dishwasher. All well thought. It does have an internal parking so you do not need to move around with the car, which is very difficult. Has a decent size TV with channels in all languages; as well as very fast internet. In summary, I do recommend this property while visiting Lisbon/Alfama.

Great location in Alfama. Good facili ties.

Enjoyed the appartment, and appreciated getting parked offstreet in Alfama. Couple of niggles - TV did not work, windows to street from bedroom and bathroom were very public and No-one let us know checkout was running late. We had to phone and make our own arrangements.

Smart apartment, located in traditionl and vibrant part of a beautiful city.

Fantastic location in an incredible city. Tram stop right outside apartment and short walk from traditional eateries. Very smart decor, lovely courtyard and air conditioning, essential. Very secure and parking on site. Met by welcoming and knowledgable host, who told us everything we needed to know. Definitely planning to return.

Love it

Tram 28 is right outside of the door, very convenient. Great location, close to major attractions and apartment is clean and spacious. Owner is extremely helpful. We had an evening flight on departure day and the owner let us stayed until it was time to go to airport. This is above and beyond. We highly recommend this place.

Better than expectations, lots of common room, and the perfect part of town.

We stayed here for a week and it felt like home. The private patio out back was great for hanging out every morning before we went out and then late at night. We walked most places because of how close it was to everything, and Juan was awesome. Very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We would 100% go back.

Great location! Great apartment !

Love this apartment. It feels like home. It is clean and spacious just like it is in pictures. Bathrooms and kitchen are newly refurbished. We are a family of four and stayed for 6 nights, and we were very comfortable here. Loved air conditioning in every room. Most major attractions are within walking distance. The owner tries very hard to satisfy our needs and we're very helpful in every way. We highly recommend this apartment.
