The spacious lounge is filled with natural light and designed for relaxed moments after a day out. It features a comfortable sofa, a dining area suitable for family meals and AC to keep the space pleasant throughout the year. The balcony extends the living area and provides a calm corner to unwind outdoors.

The kitchen is practical and well equipped for everyday cooking, with an oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher and a coffee machine. Whether preparing something quick before heading to the beach or a simple dinner at home, everything is easy and accessible.

- Bedrooms

Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, giving guests more privacy and convenience.
The master suite features a king-size bed, AC and generous wardrobes.
The twin suite has two single beds (which can be joined together to make a queen size bed), also with AC, built-in storage and direct access to the balcony.

Modern and functional, both ensuite bathrooms are fitted with walk-in showers. There is also an extra guest bathroom for added convenience.

If you are arriviving at Lisbon's Airport, due to the distance to the apartment, we suggest traveling by car to the location. This will provide greater convenience and flexibility during your trip. For a quicker and smoother arrival, book a private transfer with us at an additional cost.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utilities' bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
