Apartment located on the first floor in a building in the historic heart of Cascais, inserted in a very safe area, surrounded by traditional shops, restaurants and cafes. It is five minutes from the beaches and the train station to Lisbon.

The apartment was completely renovated with luxury materials, equipment and furniture. It has lots of light, double glazed windows and air conditioning for total comfort. It has a terrace facing south and east, with lots of light, very comfortable outdoor furniture that allows you to enjoy a fantastic breakfast or a drink in the late afternoon.

The three bedrooms have double beds, one king size (160x200) and the other two queen size (140x200), wardrobes, LCD TV so that each guest can individually enjoy their TV with international channels. All bedrooms are suites and are separated from the rest of the apartment, isolating the bedroom area from the social area. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided, as well as a hairdryer. Towels, bathrobes and slippers are available.

A long and wide corridor when entering the apartment, has a wardrobe, a safe and a service bathroom, which supports extra guests who can be accommodate in the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your homemade meals. It has a hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and mixer. Ironing board and iron are also available.

The living room has a sofa bed for two extra guests, LCD TV with international channels and WI-FI extended to the entire apartment. It also includes a dining area with a table for eight people and access to the terrace.

This apartment is located in a region close to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of rare beauty.

It is located in the center of Cascais, 5 minutes walking distance from the historical center, with its local shops, outdoor restaurants, bakeries and bars, also the beaches with calm waters of the Estoril Coast, Marina and Club Naval of Cascais.

It is also very close, 10 minutes by car, from one of the best beaches in the area, Guincho beach, internationally known for lovers of surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing and now more recently for paddle surfing.

It is also a 10-minute drive from Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, surrounded by lush pine trees.

For lovers of the equestrian arts, there is also available the equestrian center at Quinta da Marinha, as well as a gym complete with tennis and paddle.

Within a 5 km radius you will find the Estoril Congress Center, the Estoril Casino and the Estoril Autodrome.

Lisbon is just 40 minutes away by car or public transport.

• Noise is not allowed in the apartment after 22:00.

• It is strictly forbidden to change the position and location of the furniture.

• Loss of key - 100 €

• Locking the lock that requires technical intervention - Customer pays for the intervention

• Forgetting the keys inside the apartment, requiring another visit from Welcomer - 25 €

• A house manual will be provided in the apartment at check-in. Please follow the rules in it.



Minimum stays: 4 nights



Check-in – Between 04p.m. and 08pm.; before 04pm only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; late check-in from 08pm to 12am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; late check-in after 12am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied.

Check-out – Between 08am and 11am; after 11am only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; early check-out before 6am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied; early check-out from 6am to 8am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied.



Transfer Airport / Apartment: Can be arranged at an extra cost of €55 up to 4 pax, €70 up to 6 pax, €80 up to 8 pax.



Baby / Child Extras: Cot and high chair can be provided for an extra fee of EUR 5 per day.

Security Deposit of EUR 500 will be charged on check-in; this deposit will be returned on check-out if no claims are made on the house conditions and order, and no damages found in the property.
