This 20m² studio is located on the fourth (and top!) floor of a traditional building in one of the most historic, noble, and iconic areas of Lisbon - Lapa, home to numerous palaces and embassies.

As it is a busy street with heavy traffic, some exterior noise is to be expected.

Limited street parking in the area (paid).

Please note that the building does not have an elevator, so access to the apartment is by stairs. At the entrance of the apartment, you will also find steep and narrow stairs (leading to the living area), but we guarantee that the view makes the exercise worthwhile!

Since it is on the top floor and due to the roof architecture, the studio has areas with very low ceilings, so it is not recommended for tall people.

Note that the ceilings are very low in this area.
Lighting is provided by a skylight (without blinds).

Consists of a flat-screen TV and a dining table.
The lighting is provided by a French window that opens onto the highlight of this studio, a charming terrace.

Enjoy a wonderful view of the Tagus River and the South Bank! Equipped with a dining table, it is the ideal place for moments of contemplation and relaxation!

- Kitchenette
You will find a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine (coffee not included).
