"This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft. "We LOVED our stay! The home was spotless, the beds were comfy, the home felt cozy, inviting, and everything we needed was available for our use. We loved walking over to the brewery and the free beer cards included were a fun bonus. The outdoor fenced-in patio was perfect for relaxing, the cookies upon arrival were delicious!
