"There was a power outage, The night before our stay and Jenn, keep me up-to-date on the power outage. When the power came back on,she called and let me know!!! The cabin And the property was very beautiful. The cabin was perfect for a getaway in the mountains. Listening to Christmas music and a fire, can’t get any romantic than that!!! And there is so much to do in the area. Sunset Hill was the perfect spot to see all the mountains in their beauty and the Basin, in Fronia notch state Park....

"This was so beautiful!! We absolutely loved it. We had a nice fire in the evening, grilled some burgers, and showed off our horrible boating skills (honestly it was fun to just row in circles and laugh, but the river is calm and has lovely views). It is easy to drive to the market for anything you need or other small towns for a day trip. We had minor issues with outside lights but it made it more fun to see things by firelight and fireflies. Thank you!"

"My family and I had a wonderful time at the cabin. My son and daughter in law loved they could jump on their gravel bikes and bike down the road. They were able to stand up paddle board and canoe at the pond down the street also. Loved the kitchen!! Not too far from Santa’s village, grandchildren had a great time!! Comfortable beds and great showers!!"

"The rustic cabin is sooooo cute. It was giving me Virgin River vibes. But I think the mattresses need an update I did not have the best night sleep. And I never received the email with the code to get in so I had to call but they were very helpful over the phone with the code and WiFi password. "

"The cabin was just right. We sat by the brook most of the time relaxing and enjoying each others company. It was nice to have little to no internet. We are definitely coming back. SOON!!!"
