Dear Rosa, thank you for choosing the Ossidiana hotel. We are happy to learn that you liked the deluxe room with the large terrace overlooking the sea. We are sorry to hear that you did not like the rich breakfast buffet. We offer a variety of sweet and savory home-made products that our guests really like. Our structure has a central position, close to the beach and the sea, facing the main promenade and certainly a more touristic street than more distant and isolated areas.Most of our guests choose us for our strategic position, close to the marina, the ticket offices for the trekking excursion or the boat trip to the sciara del fuoco.

Nous sommes désolés que vous ne soyez pas arrivé à Stromboli.Nous avions prévenu tous nos clients du mauvais temps de mer annoncé, nous avons prévenu tout le monde par e-mail de prendre l'hydroptère le matin car l'après-midi la mer aurait été plus agitée.Les clients qui ont suivi nos conseils sont régulièrement arrivés sur l'île. Dear Guest, We thank you for choosing our hotel and with pleasure we read that our structure has been appreciated. Our Hotel is located between the sea and the volcano in the fishermen's quarter. In the morning you can often see or hear fishermen arriving from the sea with fresh fish. Unfortunately, at the end of October, the fishing boats are put on the beach. We are sorry that you did not like this image. The beaches near us are many, just a 5 minute walk away. Sincerely

We thank you for staying with us! We are sorry that you did not report the problem to our receipt. Our Staff is always ready for any request. Our Hotel is located in front of the fishermen's beach, but there are other beautiful beaches only 10 meters away. The hotel is centrally located, near us there are many typical restaurants and pizzerias, the area is very popular especially in the evening. We look forward to seeing you again on our beautiful volcanic island!
