"Booked last minute and when I called Sharon was was so helpful and accommodating. Across the street from the Motorsport Ranch there is nowhere better to stay in the area and much better prices than any other nearby hotels. And free coffee all day is a plus!"

"The inside was very clean, manager was very helpful. The air conditioner and coffee maker was great. TV and sleeping quarters was good. I think the only thing I seen that needs to be addressed is all the barn swallow nests and their droppings need to be cleared away. Not a good thing to have bird excrement falling not only on our heads but also the hoods of our cars. Otherwise very nice place to lay down ones head for the night. 😊"

"Non smoking room smells of smoke. Floor was tacky so I kept my flip flops on. Every thing else was good. I left before breakfast was served."

"It was very clean and beautiful and quiet. No other guests when we stayed. The bar tender was very kind and sweet. The only real dock on rating for us is that the food was hit or miss for the price and there were two locals in the bar at dinner that were super annoying and made our dinner experience very uncomfortable. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel’s Nest B&B. Built on the highest point in Parker County, this is a lovely Victorian home built in 1890s with vintage furnishings, but with up to date amenities. A/C, electricity, TV, etc. Comfy king size bed, delicious breakfast, clean, welcoming staff, wonderful wrap around porch perfect for sitting outside viewing for miles while enjoying a gentle breeze. Free parking on the property. "

"The first room was smelly like they dropped some chemical prosuct so we asked to change room. The second one was ok, the pillow cases were really old with yellow spots, We bought one at Walmart so we didn`t need to lay our heads on those dirty ones. The room was next to the elevator, yet there was no wi-fi signal."

"The breakfast was really good, the biscuits and gravy was very tasty. Everything was very good !!! "

"Cute little retro style motel in Stephenville! Must stay if you’re passing through and want a little throw back to the old days but modernized! Clean, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere!"

"Room was ok, but not very clean. They didn`t have water or anything to buy so we had to go to a gas station next door. wi-fi signal very bad in the room. There was some mosquitoes in the room, but I guess this is not their fault as they are in the whole city."

"The air conditioning did not work - we sweltered the first night. The second night, the hotel provided a loud fan. The young man was very apologetic and nice."

"HVAC did not work. No clothes rod to hang clothes. 1" gap below door to outside. Roaches in room. Dirty and unkempt. No parking near room because of the local bar. I will stay in my truck on side of the road before I'd stay there again."

"I pulled the sheets off of the bed to inspect for bedbugsupon arrival as I do in every hotel and found the mattresses completely stained up and gross. The sheets look like they had been slept in. There was supposed to be Wi-Fi, but it never was accessible therefore the Roku TV didn’t work and I couldn’t access emails or any data. The shower had pink mildew on the shower curtain. If I had had any other choice, I would’ve gone somewhere else."
