"This hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the staff are wonderful. I almost gave it 4 stars because the bed was not super comfortable. But it was adequate and everything else was so above and beyond good that I felt like the facility would probably improve the mattress and bedding."

"First let me start by saying that the front desk employees did their job. But the room was AWFUL. Room 114. The bed was so NOISY that I know the neighboring rooms complained. "So I’m a local and booking rooms locally when my man is in town. Tried to put his card and his ID for Incidentals and still took extra for being a local. Booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and it was closed. The coffee the only thing I enjoy in a hotel, it was nasty coffee flavored water. I paid extra for a Suite all it was is an extra couch it smelled musty in there and despite the AC being at 68 it was humid but not unbearably hot. "Absolutely disgusting property. I got here around midnight exhausted from my drive and upon arrival there were multiple roaches, both dead and alive. Not to mention the room smelled odd. "The rooms were very large. We did have to ask for bedding for the pull out sofa. The breakfast we very good but on the second day they ran out of food about 30 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end and did not replenish."

She had to get dressed and then we had wait for the front desk help to assess the issue. He then proceeded to check other rooms and realized some other ones did not have hot water. He finally found one that did not and then we had to pavk up all of stuff and move to the new room. At least the shower had hot water but the bathroom door was broken...
