"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was...

Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature. "What an amazing find. The converted barn gave us a modern apartment within a rustic setting. As the property is family owned we received first class service. Beautifully presented with excellent amenities. Thank you Claire and Louise for your warm hospitality."

"Good size house for all 23 of us, we made good use of all the rooms. Some maintenance needed in the games room, and some of the tv’s didn’t work and light bulbs missing but these were minor issues. Overall for the size of the property everything worked well and communication with the property manager was excellent. "Very accommodating for a group of 7 friends lovely location pool and hot tub went down well. Rooms were comfortable and clean kitchen and bathroom. Barbecue has a hole in it which can be used but replaceable aswell "

"From the moment we booked we could tell this apartment was something special. My children couldn't wait to visit and explore all the tech in the apartment and they absolutely loved it! "Bank holiday weekend away with 12 adults, 7 children and 2 dogs.Each cottage was clean and fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom equipment. The bedrooms were all of a good size and there was plenty of communal space with a dining table and sofas in each.The pool was clean and the hot tub was a hit! There was plenty of land to excercise the dogs and the children!!The hosts were accommodating without being overbearing. All in all a great break had by all and I would recommend highly"

"We had an amazing weekend at Bunting Lodge, it was spotless, tidy and fully equipped. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. The grass area outside was ample space for our young boy to play with his football safely. The only thing that caught us off guard was a bbq was advertised so we took food and there wasn’t one, after speaking to Marion, I completely agree to why, we just used the oven instead. It didn’t dampen our weekend. Was sad to come home a day early due to personal reasons....

"The caravan is so clean and homely. My kids loved the games and the hot tub. The beds are really comfortable and bedding smelt lovely. I really liked how we could all watch a film together at night on Netflix and just felt so relaxed and comfortable. Thank you x "

Dissapointing

"I had made a call prior to check in to request parking, advised to get there early and ask at desk. This was incorrect and there were no spaces available. At 15.12, after standing in a queue for over 15 mins I am told my room was not ready, the manager came out and was totally disinterested in me as a customer, but found one that would be in another 5 mins. No apology what's so ever!! The staff member said I hope it will be better next time, to which I replied "I doubt there will be a next time" When I went to dinner my choice, battered haddock wasn't available, i think on a Saturday early evening this is totally unacceptable. The shower screen had black mould along the bottom which had been sealed in with sillicon, the kettle lid was broken making a refil almost impossible and the hairdryer had no nozzle to style my hair.. Resulting in "I won't be booking with you again". Regards Sue Smith"
