Ficámos no último andar, o que significou subir 52 degraus com duas crianças e malas — bastante cansativo. Apesar de nos terem informado que a limpeza seria diária, isso não aconteceu; apenas nos trouxeram toalhas limpas quando pedimos. O quarto podia também estar mais bem limpo (pó nos candeeiros e debaixo da cama!). O ponto positivo foi a cama, muito confortável."

The tedee app wasn't working for the apartment, so we had to call the host and arrange for a spare key to get in. This all took a long time, in the heatwave with elderly parents and children.
