"This place is a perfect destination if you are looking for peace and quiet. We had 4 generations ranging from 9yrs old to 70yrs old. The owner is very kind and accomodating as he wants you to have a great stay. He is fairly quick to respond when needed and checks to make sure all is well. (but isn't annoying) We didn't want to leave! "

"We had 2 kids 1 teen and 2 adults and the house was more than enough space. Great neighborhood. Close to everything. "

"This place was perfect for our family group of 7 adults and 3 children.Plenty of room to spread out. We could be upstairs and cook, eat and hang out or be chilling in the basement playing pool or watching a movie.Home and kitchen was well stocked and even included complimentary coffee! The two sets of washers and dryers for laundry in the basement is a great idea for larger groups!The owner was easy to contact and was very helpful. Apparently the previous guest may have lost or misplaced the key...

"Our stay was great- communication with the host was great- instructions /entry was all smooth. The kitchen was stocked with all the items that we needed. had a great playing area in the basement for kids. We will definitely be back. "

"Fantastic location for our needs, we were within 2 miles of everywhere we needed to be!! Especially the Raccoon River Trail Head."

"Had the best stay here during a two-day training in a neighboring town. House was big enough for my children to run around and play in and the fenced in yard was a plus! Super easy check-in/check-out process! Everything was very clean, kitchen was a great size, living room area had plenty of seating. My toddler loved looking out the window at the ducks they had waddling around their yard. Overall a great, quick stay with great hospitality from the host!!"

"This property has everything you can imagine(except a swimming pool). But no matter, lots of space for large groups to share thoughts and meals. Private spaces for personal conversations or just to think alone. The huge kitchen allows your group to help with meals easily. Close to downtown and groceries. Couldn’t have wished for a better place for our family to get together without a worry or a care.Grateful!"

"Awesome property. Very convenient location to our wedding venue, shopping, and restaurants. Even though it is an apartment, it was very quiet and secure. Would definitely stay again. "

"New house in new neighborhood. Plenty of room for the five of us. Great location close to dining and grocery’s. 25 minutes to airport. Some minor supply and WiFi issues that were quickly resolved by the owners. Owners were very kind. "

"Our stay at this charming Vrbo house, built in the early 1900s, was a delightful experience. The historic character of the home added a unique touch, with its vintage architecture and cozy ambiance. The house was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and use of the property."

"Beautiful home, Amazing communication, easy check in! We will definitely see if this is available next time we are in the area with a big group. We ended up having 6 of us instead of the full 10, but that was ok. 5 star rating only a 4 on cleaning because a few dishes put away dirty, but we wahsed them so not a big deal. 1000% recommend. Honestly wish had stayed 1 more day. It's a must see home. "

"I and my family were quite impressed with the property. We have stayed at several short term rentals in the past and this one has been our favorite. From the very nice and spacious house that allowed adults and kids to sleep comfortably to the spacious outside space that gave us room to play and enjoy the nice spring weather it was all fabulous. If we have the need to stay in the area again I absolutely would use Timberpine Lodge again."
