"Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes kein Personal gesehen. Tee und Kaffee können an einer Maschine kostenlos in Pappbecher abgefüllt werden. Rezeption ist von 8-12 besetzt. Bei unserer Ankunft am Nachmittag war niemand anzutreffen. Informationen zu Essensmöglichkeiten waren nicht möglich. Es kann im Hotel kein Abendessen eingenommen werden. Alles läuft ohne Kontakt.
