"Great first impressions when we arrived, vety helpful and cheery staff in the spa.Checked in and used the gym. The room was lovely, bed very comfortable & super outlook onto the golf course. We had a pizza for lunch and evening meal in the Oak room which was delicious. The only thing i was really disappointed in, was how miserable the staff were in the Oak room. "The outside of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired - pot holed car park, paint pealing off the function rooms. Inside is better and our room was perfectly fine - though the bed had seen better days and didn’t provide a comfortable nights sleep. Staff are great - very friendly and helpful. "

"Comfortable accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, with all the essentials in the room; wardrobe, drawers, mirror, tv’s, bed side table. Door was lockable from the inside - good safety feature.
