"We had a great stay at this property. Keep in mind they don’t provide sheets for the beds so make sure you pack some! Or you can rent from a sheet service, they provide many options for businesses that rent them.This property had everything we needed and more for our stay. "My 12 year old and I enjoyed being close to the beach for 4th of July. We invited friends and it was a very comfortable stay for 4 - with beds to spare! Two full baths if you include the outdoor shower and 1/2 bath on first floor, which the kids used a lot. A clean and perfectly located house next to fine dining for grown ups and pizza and ice cream for the kids. Nice back porch with friendly neighbors. A great beach house and a very helpful host!"

"Could be nice but needs attention and repair. AC units leaked terribly. Reported but no one showed up to repair. Loose door knobs and faucets and broken cabinet in bathroom. No spare linens….had to call to receive. Few pictures in the wall made me believe that the leaks were a longstanding problem. Overall unit was clean but couch was full of crumbs when laid out into a bed. Kitchen was nice, washer/dryer worked well. Location was convenient. "
