"The home is well stocked as advertised. Kid friendly quiet neighborhood. House is clean and welcoming to just be comfortable. We had a family Easter get together and 10 people were quite comfortable hanging out. I would stay here again and I would recommend it for someone with kids ."

The little touches like providing extra trash bags, dish washing detergent, and laundry detergent were much appreciated. The house is fully equipped with all of necessary extra kitchen appliances. "Place was very secluded and a great place to stay"

"Wonderful place to stay. Looks just like pictures on line. Close to town and white water rafting.Owner was easy to get in touch with answered any questions you may have. Even bought a blower dryer as soon as I asked for one :-) . Very clean place with washer and dryer which is helpful when traveling. Highly recommend."

"My stay was amazing! Shari was so sweet and welcoming, and the space was warm, comfortable, and in a beautiful location - perfect to be just a few minutes from the center of town, and also with the perfect amount of solitude near the stream, with a gorgeous mountain view. "

"Nothing super fancy, but very clean. Bed was very comfortable. A/C and fans worked great, so we were very comfortable. All the kitchen tools and amenities we needed. We didn't bring a pet, but it would be a great place if you do have one. Lots of room in the backyard for pets to roam. "

"Beautiful, cozy and welcoming. Centrally located to ensure you are in within a manageable driving distance to the Royal Gorge, Garden of the gods and Pikes Peak. Walking distance to local brewery and restaurants. Our kids loved the amenities provided with the rental. Fully furnished kitchen made it nice when we did not feel like dinning out! Local grocery store 8 min up the road had everything we needed as well. We will stay again next time we are in the area!"

"The property was clean and spacious, the kitchen was well appointed and all the extras were graciously provided. Right next to the train and highway but you honestly couldn't tell with how quiet it could be inside. We would love to stay here again next time we're in Cañon City"

"Rim of Royal Gorge home is amazing! We are an active family, and we could sit and look at the incredible view, out the windows and sitting in the chairs in the deck, all day long! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
