• NO SMOKING – Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – No animals of any kind are allowed in the apartment. (Management rules)
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM. Please keep noise down for the neighbors.
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No grilling or cooking on the deck.
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 60 or turn off AC when leaving
• Primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book.
