"Cozy, clean, very recently built 2-level home with a lovely private back garden, backing onto a large green park. Everything was just as described, and the host was very responsive. Check-in was very easy. The neighbourhood is inner suburban, well suited for someone with a car. The University of Canterbury is 1/2 hour walk or 7 minutes drive away. Downtown Christchurch is 15 minutes by car. We would readily return to this home if we visited the Uni again. "
