"Anna was a very responsive and accommodating host.The Villa was beautiful, well stocked, warm and cozy.We really appreciated have a warm garage to park our vehicle during -1 temperatures and being able to access the property a little early due to athletic schedules. "There are several things that caused the loss of a couple of stars:1) The ad needs to explain that both baths are upstairs. We had elderly relatives that have difficulty with so many stairs.2) We were not supposed to be charged until our 1st day of our reservation but we were charged when we made the reservation. 3) Front steps are soft wood that feel like they are about to crack.4) Keys were in a lock box. A keypad entry would be much better. The person with the key always has to be...
