Residence Villa Gianna is located in Limone sul Garda in a beautiful panoramic hillside setting, surrounded by olive groves, just about 900 m from the town center. The newly renovated apartments offer a magnificent view of Lake Garda and are easily accessible on foot via picturesque paths through lemon groves. The residence’s amenities include a swimming pool, laundry service, Wi-Fi, and proximity to numerous hiking and biking trails. Ideal for a relaxing and active vacation on Lake Garda!
The three-room apartment on the top floor accommodates up to 4 people and is located on the third and top floor. It features two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. The living area features a well-equipped kitchenette that includes, among other things, an induction stove, dishes, silverware, pots, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. It also features satellite TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is modern and includes a shower, sink, bidet, hair dryer, and toilet. Although the apartment does not have a balcony, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. The drive from the Italian border takes about 3 hours.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is, of course, possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
About 500 meters from the accommodations are a public beach where you can rent lounge chairs and enjoy the Astor Hotel’s snack bar. The beach is covered with small and larger stones and offers a family-friendly atmosphere as well as clear water—perfect for lovers of natural pebble beaches. There are open areas where you can use your own beach towel. About 1.7 km away is Cola Beach, where sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented for a fee. For guests with dogs, there is a separate dog beach where four-legged friends are welcome and can roam freely.

Villa Gianna features a small pool (6 x 3 meters), which is ideal for a quick dip to cool off. Comfortable lounge chairs are set up around the pool, inviting you to relax.
