"The suite was nice - having a separate bedroom from the rest of the place. However, we got there at 5pm and the room was still not ready, when they said it would be available at 3pm. That meant that the cleaning was rushed - and it showed (there were hairs in the shower, for example). Otherwise, the space was great and the coffee tasty!"

"I would have given 5 stars, however with no hot water on the first night and third night I was less than impressed. The receptionist AnnLynn was very helpful and managed to give me a card for a room a couple of blocks away, not perfect but at least I was able to shower after a hot day sightseeing. All staff very helpful. Wonderful grounds and plenty of very pleasant walks."

"First, Caroline (on-site supervisor) couldn’t have been more kind and attentive. The unit was very basic accommodations, like a budget hotel. "This is a dormitory. It is a very spacious, well-priced, and close to the centre, but has some inconveniences you wouldn't expect if staying in an apartment, as it is advertised. Some of our challenges: the listing shows a washer. But the washer is not in the space, and you have to buy tokens during office hours. We arrived at 5pm Friday and were out of luck. To use the shower you have to sit on the floor. The heat is constantly on, so you have to manage that to get a comfortable temperature."

But what we found interesting was it was a little sparse on the basics like towels, dishes, cups, etc. The maximum amount of people are six. We were only each given one towel no extra hand towels, no face cloths.Some of the standard table settings there were only six no more so if you wanted to use two glasses at dinner, you had to wash one to use it again. No dual beverages at dinner ha ha...
