"First I have to say we went in rain season. Limited staff. Had 1 flat sheet and charged 300 pesos for duvet. First night the floor was covered in ants. Thousands of them. Minute feet hit floor they were crawling over you. In the suitcases and on the sheets. Had a big jumping spider in the towel that was 1 inch across. I understand the pool not being relaxing as rain season but it was not inviting as it was green and full of leaves. Zip line was closed, hiking was not an option but the pool...

"This was the worst place I've ever stayed, they had taken all the TVs out of the room they still have the place where they were on the wall TVs were gone. They didn't have Wi-Fi in their rooms though I eventually was able to get the executive Wi-Fi from them and it worked in the room. They had bugs in their room though it was clean it just had bugs. And I didn't stay the second night cuz I was so happy with the place and they told me they would refund my second night and I have not received my...
