Relax with the whole family in this quiet place to stay. Located in a safe area of Lima, surrounded by parks and with a beautiful ocean view of San Miguel. Its location allows you to reach the center of Lima, Jorge Chavez International Airport, important shopping centers and tourist districts such as Miraflores and Barranco in a few minutes. It is a condominium with permanent surveillance, privacy and common areas for the family: play area, grill, pool, board games.
The space
The apartment has 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom, with private bathroom and queen bed; 1 bedroom with double and half a bunk bed and a studio with sofa bed. The living room is spacious with ocean views, furniture and table with chairs for 6 people, the kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric stove and full kitchenware. Also, laundry area with washing machine, dryer and awning; as well as visiting bathroom, with shower with hot and cold water.
Guest access
The entire apartment available to guests and the use of the common areas (pool, grill area and children's games, study room and board games) require prior coordination with the administration). Note, only the use of the grill area has an additional cost to cover maintenance.
Other things to note
The condominium has a regulation that prohibits parties in the apartments, for this you can book the social environments with the time restrictions agreed by the owners board.. If they require renting a carport, there are usually parking lots available that can be rented with the owners. Gentlemen at the front desk usually provide this information.
Very close to the condominium there are bodegas, convenience stores, bakery and cafes, in which you can find all kinds of daily consumer items. About a ten minute walk away is the Magdalena market, which is a fairly commercial area and where there are good restaurants and comfortable prices. Finally, 15 minutes away is the modern Plaza San Miguel shopping center, with shops for apartments, cinemas and restaurants for all tastes and prices.
