"I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal."

"This is such a great spot and location. I have stayed here about 5 times since the fall. In that time, the small restaurant/bar on the first floor has been a lovely environment, but often lacking a number of items on the menu. Breakfast, on the other hand, is substantial and full - the breakfast is very good."

Enrique and the entire staff were extremely accommodating and made our experience so much better. We had an amazing time and will be back again."

"The first room I stayed in had definitely been heavily smoked in. The one I was moved to was very noisy. Every time the ventilation system cycled, the cabinets would rattle. Could also hear noise from office in floor below. This was in the suites."

"Impeccable hotel, staff, and experience. The spa is gorgeous and serene. The multiple hot tubs were amazing. Can't wait to stay again."

"Room overall was okay. However, it was bad hospitality. There was an event going on and their noise level was way overboard. No respect to others guests. We were on the 9th floor and the we heard them partying all through midnight. Hotel is a place for us to rest and to have some quiet time, not having to hear music all night. We will not be back at this location. First and last, as there's no respect for the guests who paid for a place that's suppose to allow guest to rest, but that did not...

"O quarto é grande e confortável, as camas tb são grandes e confortáveis, só que não tem serviço de limpeza de quarto. O café da manhã é fraco, tem poucas opções. A recepção é atenciosa, só que não avisam sobre o valor retido no seu cartão por segurança que será estornado na sua saída. O estacionamento é muito bom e gratuíto. "
