"We generally expect these big chains to offer reasonable service and rooms. With that in mind and with a low budget I booked this one. Reception was visibly messy, room just too dirty, linens weren't changed, hair on sink amo v other stains I couldn't tell their nature. I was happy to leave and that was just o e night."

"After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Townplace Suites Pensacola West I-10) in Pensacola, FL in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us. The room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and professional."
