"O que mais incomodou foi a falta de limpeza. Eles só limpam se vc pedir(é regra ok) mas vc pede pra limpar e eles só trocam as toalhas e retiram o lixo. Fui olhar debaixo da cama e tinha pó ali de meses. A caixa por onde passa a calefação embaixo da janela tb é lotada de poeira (pude ver pelo vão que forma ali). Além disso algumas toalhas vieram encardidas. O atendimento é gentil, o tamanho do quarto é bom, localização muito boa, não usamos o café da manhã. O que incomodou mesmo foi a falta de limpeza"
