QUIET LOFT
Located in a secure and quiet condominium, our loft is set back from traffic areas.

LILLE HYPERCENTER AT 10 MIN
You can reach the center of Lille in 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by a direct high-frequency train line (every 10 min): the station is located 2 min by foot, or by the direct bus line 14 .

AN OLD LOCAL BREWERY
Located in the old brasserie "L’Amiteuse" and renovated in December 2018, the loft is very bright thanks to its bay window, the skylights of the roof and those of the bedroom.

FULLY EQUIPPED
We live weekdays in the loft that's why it is fully equipped (Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, utensils, pots, groceries, ...)

THE “MYSTICAL FOREST” CHAMBER
Escape to the "mystical forest" room with all the comforts of a hotel (reading lights, desk, ...). The bedding is recent and cleaned after each stay with organic products.

THE ITALIAN BATHROOM
Enjoy a beautiful new bathroom with a walk-in shower and change the mood with the different colors customizable with the touch of a button.

NETFLIX + WIFI
Enjoy the cozy living room with large sofa, TV, WiFi, Netflix.

QUALITY BEDDING
Acquired in 2018, our bedding consists of the Treca and Dunloppilo brands.

PROFESSIONAL TRAVELERS
An office in the bedroom is at your disposal, as well as in the living room, with wifi and comfortable STEELCASE seat.

+ AUTONOMOUS ACCESS 24/24
You can open a 2nd bedroom and a 2nd bathroom if you need to travel with 6 people. For that, we will ask you for a supplement of 40 € / person.


Bed linen and towels provided.
Breakfast offered: homemade ORGANIC brioche, coffee, chocolate, honey,….


TRANSPORT
To come to the loft:
-Airport: 15 min by car - 12 € by UBER (the loft is not located in the air corridor)
-Train: Frequent and regular direct line from Lille Flandres - Templemars station - 2 min by foot
-Car: Private parking in the condominium

To go to the center of Lille:
Car: 10 min
Bus: 20 min (€ 1.85)
Train: 15 minutes (2.40 €)
Bike: 25 min
